Hi everyone! My name is Jeneen and I am the Lower School Science Specialist here at Friends Seminary.

I have been working in Education for over 26 years and have taught Kindergarten-5th Grade. This is my second year teaching Lower School Science here at Friends.   I have also worked as a Curriculum Coordinator, Team Leader/Department Chair, Assistant Principal, Interim Principal, Preschool Director and spent nine years working as the Assistant to Bo Lauder here at Friends.  I hold a BS degree in Psychology and Elementary Education and a MS in Educational Leadership from Fordham University.   I am thrilled and excited to be teaching all things SCIENCE here Friends.  Enjoy the blog as you explore what our young SCIENTISTS are up to in the Lower School Science Lab.
