Kindergarten

The science program in Kindergarten uses a multimodal experimental approach. Students are engaged with hands-on activities where they do science to stimulate their natural curiosity. The program is designed to develop a deeper understanding of the nature of science as students investigate the world around them using their five senses. As students practice skills and gain information they will naturally develop critical thinkings skills. Many of the experiments will happen in the science lab, the rooftop greenhouse, and around campus. Students are encouraged to collaborate, ask questions, share their interests, which may navigate their journey in the natural sciences.

Students have science twice during the 10-day cycle. The class is 45 minutes long.
