Hi there! My name is Adam Cash, and I’ve been a PE teacher at Friends for 16 years! I’m a dedicated Lower School physical education teacher who loves helping young learners discover the joy of movement. With a focus on play-based learning and fundamental motor skills, I create fun, inclusive activities that build confidence and teamwork.
