Simply delicious.
1. Take a knife and separate the top green part of a 3 scallions from the bottom white end.
2. Chop the top part of the scallion, until they are in fairly small pieces.
3. In a bowl, full about 1/3 or 1/2 (depending on how much you want) of it with soy sauce.
4. Add a clump of honey into the bowl
5. Add the scallions
6. Mix
7. Add salt, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the sauce- and mix (the spice will be diluted when the pasta is added, so if you want a little spice, add a few more pepper flakes than you normally would).
8. On the stove, boil water
9. When water is boiled, put in Korean Udon Noodles (or any other kind you like) and a chili pepper into the water.
10. When pasta is cooked, put it into a bowl
11. Mix it with olive oil
12. Add the sauce- and salt, pepper flakes, and black pepper as needed
