After getting the new iPhone i have found that I love it. Although I have had a few glitches here and there, yet, I believe it is a great phone. The new charging port is easy and it is double sided so that you do not have to fuss around with the charger, possibly damaging the port. The new longer screen is easier to read books on and play games on as well. The only complaint I have is that there is not many iPhone 5 apps out there.
