Recipe for Piroshki

Piroshki are delicious fried stuffed finger food. They are easy to make and easy to put your own spin on.

What you need: Pillsbury® Dough Biscuits, 2 finely sliced hard-boiled eggs, 1 finely cut bunch of scallions, 1/2 butter

Directions:

1. Mix butter, scallions, and eggs in a bowl.

2. Unroll each biscuit (save tube!) and place a spoonful of filling into the middle of each one.

3. Fold and pinch the edges of the dough together along the edges (see picture below.)

4. Follow baking directions on tube.

5. Enjoy!

Please note: this recipe makes Piroshki that are smaller than the ones shown here.
