A Christmas Story, a holiday movie starring Peter Billingsley, follows the adventures of the young Ralph “Ralphie” Parker as he tries to get the Red Ryder B.B. Gun for Christmas, even though everybody tells him, “You’ll shoot your eye out, kid!” His exploits to get the gun include trying to convince Santa and his parents to get it for him, while at the same time juggling his crazy school and home life.
I’ve seen this movie many times in the past, and I understand why this was your favorite movie! It’s witty humor and holiday spirit is a great holiday movie for all. There is absolutely no flaw in this movie and, although it may not be the holiday season any more, you should definitely see it if you haven’t yet.
