A few weeks ago, the seventh and eighth grades attended the Radio Rookies Assembly. Radio Rookies is a group of teenagers that report on issues throughout the city. They find problems and see what they can do to help about them. This assembly was on the topic of sexual cyberbullying. The lives of some people who have had this happen to them on the Internet can be really destroyed as they become merely a meme, a picture for people to rate. Most students agreed with this. Thank you, Radio Rookies, for a very successful assembly and we hope to have more in the future!
