A few days ago, the fifth grade attended an assembly done by Doctors Leslie Kaufman and Ari Shapiro, the parents of Isa Shapiro, about their anthropology work. These two doctors study the emotional state of families in which one or more members live with different diseases and conditions. The fifth grade enjoyed learning about research on quality as opposed to quantity and will use this new knowledge for the upcoming science fair.
