On Friday, January 23, the Girl’s 7/8 Basketball Team played an amazing game against Marymount. The girl’s on the Marymount team were tough, however throughout the whole game we maintained a small lead. At the end of the game, Marymount was three points away from sending us into overtime, but our defense gave 110% and the game ended 27-24. This win was our second in a row (we beat Packer on Wednesday) and we’re hoping to continue this streak! The 7th grade girls have a game on Wednesday against Nightingale (away, 3:30 pm) and the 8th grade girls have a game on Thursday against Dwight (away, 4:15 pm).
