William Peltier’s service post

This year in History class, we participated in a lot of collaboration activities with the Kisyoro School in Ruhiira, Uganda. The activities included making Voicethreads for the students describing what is going on in the school and around it. My group was in charge of describing the extracurriculars that went on in school. We took pictures of locations all around the school and compiled into a powerpoint presentation with all of our voices for narrations. This was an extremely fun project and I hope we will be able to do it again.

  1. William,
I am curious to hear what effect the connections through Moodle and VoiceThread had on the project. Also, did these interactions help feed the desire to host an advocacy project regarding girls education around the world?
