Kindergarten through fourth grade have been in a creative storm being makers and artists. Our youngest are working with Isabel and exploring how their hands can mold, sculpt, rip, and piece together materials such as clay, wood, and paper. First graders are cutting wood and making elaborate structures that stand up, flap, or hold weight. Second graders have just finished making clay finger puppets and will embark into the process of two-color reduction printmaking. Third graders are building stools based on animal shapes and fourth graders are finishing up their Quaker tenet action paintings. All students participated in God’s Love We Deliver to be a part of our traditional all school service holiday project. Please reach out to your children and ask them about their creative endeavors!
