Welcome Back Fourth Grade! Welcome Third Graders! Last year we did the best we could. Now in the fall of 2021, it is wonderful to return to a dedicated space for Third and Fourth Grade Computer Science, Design and Robots.
A New Start in Room 308
In our rededicated space we can enjoy floor space for robots like Bee-Boot and Ozobot. Being back lets us explore more Lego or experiment with a home-made marble run.
This year we will also connect Micro:bits to Scratch. The picture shows the micro:bit project with the desktops we used to have. This year we will use laptops.
There are also machines for age-appropriate making, like the Cricut Maker and the Brother Embroidery machine.
2021-22 is also a return to classes of 18 students. While 9 had its benefits, when 18 students learn and collaborate together, they learn to help one another effectively. The ideas are starting to fly!
